Privacy notice

Last updated 29 October 2026

Ozly is in development and sign-in is not open to the public yet. This notice describes what Ozly will store when it opens, and what applies to this website today.

Who is responsible

Ozly is built and run by Aditya Raj in India, who decides what is stored and why. Contact: support@ozly.dev.

This website

ozly.dev is a static site. It has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and it loads nothing from other companies. Our hosting server and Cloudflare, which sits in front of it, keep ordinary technical request logs (such as IP address and time) to run and protect the site.

What Ozly stores when sign-in opens

We do not store passwords, because Ozly does not use them. We do not sell your data, show advertising or build marketing profiles.

Why we use it

To let you sign in, to keep your account secure, to apply your plan and usage limits, and to answer your requests. We use it for nothing else.

Email we send

Only the sign-in code you requested and security notices about your own account. No marketing or newsletters. Addresses that bounce or report a message as unwanted are suppressed so we do not mail them again.

Who processes data for us

We will list any additional processor here before it handles your data.

How long we keep it

Sign-in codes are deleted soon after they expire. We will publish the retention periods for sessions, security records and deleted accounts here before sign-in opens.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data, by writing to support@ozly.dev from the address on the account. We will reply within 30 days. These rights follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the GDPR where it applies to you.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and say what changed on this page.
